Sell my products online with SellLink: sign up, import your catalog and link everywhere you sell
How to sign up for SellLink, import your products with a CSV from Shopify, Etsy and more, and link every place you sell in one storefront.
Updated
If you already sell on your own website, a marketplace or social shops, SellLink does not ask you to move. It gives you one storefront that links everywhere you already sell, so shoppers can discover your products, learn your story and choose where to buy. This walkthrough is for sellers joining for the first time, whether your catalog is five products or five hundred. Here is how to sign up, bring your catalog over with a CSV and start using it, step by step.
Step 1: Sign up and set up your storefront
Start at selllink.shop/sell and choose the Storefront plan, $20 a month, through the signup and billing flow. Create your account and confirm your email. Then set up your store profile: your display name, your storefront address (selllink.shop/store/your-store), a logo and a short bio of up to 500 characters. The bio is your story: who you are, what you sell and why. Save, then use Preview to see your public storefront the way shoppers will see it. Your seller hub has four tabs: Dashboard, Add, Store and Settings. Everything below happens in one of them.
Step 2: Import your products with a CSV
The fastest way to stock your storefront is the file you already have. In your seller dashboard, open Import products and upload the export from your current store: a CSV, TSV or supported TXT file.
- Export products or listings from your selling platform, not orders, payments or customers. - Upload the original file without renaming its columns. - Tell SellLink where the file came from: Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Facebook / Instagram, TikTok Shop, Pinterest, Google Merchant Center, Square, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, X Shopping, or Another platform / CSV. Not sure? Choose Auto-detect and SellLink will identify the format. - On Shopify, enter the storefront address your customers use, so SellLink can build the correct product links, and keep every variant row for a product together in the same file. - One upload covers up to 500 distinct products. For a bigger catalog, export or upload smaller batches.
Before anything is imported, SellLink shows the results as New, Update, Merge and Error. Read them. A merge combines buying links from different storefronts onto the older product card, so check every proposed merge before you accept it. Different products from the same storefront stay separate, even when their names are similar. Products that need attention are skipped while valid products import. When it finishes, open a few product cards and click their Buy now links to make sure they land where they should.
Step 3: Add or adjust products one at a time
You can also add products by hand. Each product gets a name, an optional SKU, an image (PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 5 MB, or an image URL) and a category. The important part is "Where shoppers can buy": for every place this product is available, add a purchase option with the website or marketplace name, the price, the direct product URL and an optional note. Add another buying option for each place you sell. Shoppers see every price and go directly to the listing they choose. Manual adding is also how you fix a single product after an import.
Step 4: Share your storefront and watch what works
Your storefront and product pages are built to be shared, so post them wherever you already talk to customers. In the dashboard you can watch storefront views, product views, buy clicks and saves, filter your catalog by status, buying options or category, and fix anything that needs attention. If products land in the wrong category, the bulk categorize tool lets you select them and assign a category together, with suggestions for anything still in Other. You can also export your whole catalog as a CSV anytime, for backup or for use on another platform.
What SellLink does not do
SellLink is not a checkout, and it does not replace your stores. When a shopper chooses where to buy, the purchase happens on your own website or marketplace listing, the way it does today. You keep selling where you already sell. SellLink is the discovery layer that connects the pieces.
One storefront, your story, and every place you sell in one link. That is the whole setup.
